Monceau Assurances and Axe Immobilier have delivered the building located at 22-26 rue de Calais, in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. With a floor area of 5,400 sq m, this Haussmann-style building has undergone extensive refurbishment, including the renovation of all floors, the creation of two basement levels, the reconstruction of vertical circulation systems, the creation of four terraces, a patio, an underground car park, the installation of suspended radiant ceilings and the completion of all the architectural work packages.

Owned by the Monceau Assurances Group, the renovation was carried out in 24 months by Axim as delegated project manager, the design and architectural supervision were entrusted to the Palissad Architects agency, and the project management and economics were handled by 2A Engineering.

With a strong focus on the environment and energy performance, the building is certified to HQE level "exceptional" and BBC Effinergie Renovation (a first for a renovated Haussmann building, owing in particular to the implementation of geothermal energy on the groundwater table, which is unique in a redeveloped Haussmann building).
