Delivery of the "4 Cambacerès" building
Axe Immobilier has delivered a Haussmann-style office building at 6 place des Saussaies and 4 rue Cambacérès, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
With a floor area of 2,209 sq m, the building has undergone extensive renovation, including cleaning, asbestos removal, the creation of vertical circulations, the renovation of the existing façade, and the creation of a patio on the ground floor and a terrace on the first floor.
The building is certified "NF Bâtiments Tertiaires - Démarche HQE rénovation" 2015 and holds Effinergie Rénovation certification.
The refurbishment was carried out by Axim as delegated project manager, the design and architectural supervision were entrusted to the Palissad Architects agency, and the project management and economics were carried out by 2A Ingénierie .
