AXE IMMOBILIER PURCHASES THE OPALE BUILDING IN MONTREUIL
Axe Immobilier has acquired a 10,000 sq m office complex located at 3, rue de Rosny in Montreuil (Seine Saint-Denis) from SCPI Access Valeur Pierre, managed by BNP REIM.
The property, which comprises two vacant six-storey office buildings, will shortly undergo major refurbishment by means of an extension and raising of the building.
Axe Immobilier was advised by Aguesseau Notaires and CMS Francis Lefebvre Lawyers.
BNP Paribas REIM was advised by Wargny Katz.
This transaction was carried out by the Capital Markets department of JLL.
